Warranty
All goods and services are covered under the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) Articles 197–210, which govern material and legal defects.
The customer is required to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify us of any defects in writing within 5 days.
Failure to notify within this period may result in the loss of warranty rights, in accordance with Swiss law.

Prices & Payment Terms
Prices, Orders, Invoicing, and Payment Links
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT.
Invoices are payable within 10 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, TWINT, Maestro, and bank transfers.
For your convenience, secure payment links may be provided via email or invoice to facilitate fast and compliant payment processing.
Delivery terms
Orders within Switzerland are typically delivered within 2 to 10 business days.
International delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier availability.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, import regulations, or international transit issues.
Liability
We shall only be liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We accept no liability for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party transport or logistics providers.
Any further liability, particularly for indirect or consequential damages, is expressly excluded to the extent permitted by Swiss law.
Cancellation & Returns
Customers have the right to return unused goods within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Custom-made or personalized items are excluded from this right of return and cannot be refunded.
For services, no refunds will be issued once the service has been fully performed or initiated with the customer’s consent.
Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed exclusively by Swiss law. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be Vevey, Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
